Q. How long does it take for hair to be shipped?
A. Process time is 3 days. Hair will be delivered in 5-7 Business days.

Q. Am I able to track my own package?
A. Yes! Tracking information will be provided via email once processed! Please Provide a Valid Email address and Phone
Number.

Q. Why Do I have to Pay a deposit when booking a hair appointment?
A. The Deposit is to Secure your appointment slot.It will also go toward your total payment. The remaining balance is due
at the time of your appointment. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE + NON-TRANSFERABLE. If you are a no call/no show, Your card on file will be charged the FULL service amount. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid being blocked from booking in the future.

Q. Can I get a Refund if I am displeased with product?
A. No. Unfortunately no refunds are available. If complaint is made within 10 days of delivery, a proper exchange is in order. If hair has been used or wefts have been cut or dyed, NO exchanges can be made. Your hair will also come with Care Instructions. If you follow it and handle hair with proper care and kept maintenance, your hair is guaranteed to last a full year!

Q. I don't live in Raleigh, NC. How can I get you to come to my City or State?
A. I determine which city and States I travel to based on how many clients book me for that city or State. If I get at
Least 10 Clients in each city, I will travel to that City. Bookings for your city must be made at least 1 month in
advance. Contact me for Questions or Suggestions.

 

Q. I Cant afford the Rose Indian or Brazilian Hair collection. What type of hair can I purchase to achieve the look I want for a cheaper Price?

A. There are many brands I have worked with, but only a select few that are more quality for your money. Please Visit the "Weaves 101" tab to see Suggested brands of 100% Human Hair that I like to work with. If none of these brands are anything you are interested in trying, Feel Free to Buy any brand you desire. I cannot guarantee that your desired style will be the way you want if you do. Be careful when choosing on your own. Watch out for any Packaging that says "Human Blend, Synthetic fibers, or 100% Human BLEND.

 

Q. I have never had any extensions or weave before. what if I don't Like it?

A. If you are dissatisfied with your Extensions, you are entitled to a Free removal. NO refund will be granted For you paid for the Service and the Style.

 

Q. I Prefer to get a quick weave than a Sew In. Can I still achieve my same Desired look and style for either installation?

A. YES! I can achieve the same look and/or desired style whether its a Sew In or Quick weave.
